Responsible

• Manage and record stock levels at stores and warehouse locations
• Collaborate with Store Operations and Business Support teams to maintain optimal inventory levels
• Oversee the flow of goods including receiving and dispatching stock
• Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure data accuracy
• Identify and resolve any stock discrepancies in a timely manner
• Use inventory management systems (ERP/POS) to update and track stock data
• Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and seasonal demand
• Support logistics planning and stock preparation for new store openings

• Proven experience in inventory management, warehousing, or retail
• Physical Inventory and Inventory Management skills
• Inventory Control skills
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail, well-organized, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with inventory or POS systems is an advantage.
• Fluency in Thai is required; basic Mandarin or English is a plus.
